We do not control such Third Party Websites, and are not responsible for their content. When you access Third Party Websites, you do so at your own risk. Your use of each Third Party Website is subject to the terms of use and other guidelines, if any, contained within each respective Third Party Website.
5. Purchases

You agree to pay for any products and/or services ordered from this website including all VAT and/or applicable governmental tax or levy.

Secret Scotland guides are updated several times a year. Requests for replacement guides will only be honoured if the request is made within 12 months of the date of purchase. The invoice number must be quoted when requesting a replacement guide.
6. Limitation of Liability

While we attempt to ensure that the information available on the website and in our products is accurate, we cannot guarantee that it will always be fault free. We endeavour to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable. We do not accept liability for any such errors and omissions.
7. Modification of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of use at any time without cause, such changes shall become effective as soon as they are on the Administrators website and by continuing to use the Administrators website following such changes you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.

All prices for Products and Services are subject to change without notice.
9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Administrators website and Products, including their design, text, graphics, know-how, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other material on the Administrators website are reserved to the Administrators.

In accessing the Administrators' website you agree that you may only download the content for your own personal use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the Administrators' website or Products for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of the Administrators.
10. Refunds & Complaints Procedure
If you are not fully satisfied with the Product supplied by Secret Scotland you must notify Secret Scotland by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will do what we can to resolve your complaint and will give full refunds if your complaint is reasonable and cannot be resolved. Secret Scotland regret that we cannot accept any liability if you fail to notify us of the complaint within 7 days from the date of purchase.
We cannot issue refunds for holiday cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.
11. Law
All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service will be governed by Scottish law and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. For the avoidance of doubt this applies to the Privacy Statement.
